Where we ship

We deliver to the European Union, and United Kingdom.

If your country isn't listed, email us at hi@therisingspf.com before placing your order. We'll do our best.


Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Spanish public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. You'll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way.


Delivery times & costs

Estimated delivery times run from dispatch, not from order date. Free shipping thresholds apply to the order subtotal after discounts.

European Union

Standard — 3–5 days / €4.95 Free over €100

Express — 1–2 days / €7.95

United Kingdom

Standard — 2–5 days / €3.95 Free over €100

Express — 1–2 days / €5.95

Spain & Portugal

Standard — 2–5 days / €3.2 Free over €100

Express — 1–2 days / €5.95


 

Duties & taxes

EU orders include VAT. No additional import fees apply within the EU.

For all other destinations — including the UK, US, Canada, and Australia — any customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These are set by your country's customs authority and are outside our control.

We do not mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value. All shipments accurately reflect the purchase price.

 

Tracking

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch. If you haven't received a confirmation within 3 business days, please check your spam folder before reaching out.

 

Damaged, lost or delayed

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

If your order hasn't arrived within the maximum estimated window plus 5 business days, get in touch. We'll investigate and, where confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or full refund.

We aren't liable for delays caused by customs, carrier disruption, or events outside our control — but we'll always do what we can to help.

 

Incorrect address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't take responsibility for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address. If you spot an error immediately after ordering, email us as quickly as possible — we can often correct it before dispatch.
